Jersey Boys Tour

With 2,213 shows, Jersey Boys moved past Oklahoma! for the 27th spot on Broadway’s List of Longest running productions in history. This occurred on Thursday, March 17.

The production is currently on stage at the August Wilson Theatre. It follows the story of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons as he and members of his musical group are transformed from the poor side of town to the world of rock stardom. The book was written by Marshall Brickman, who has won an Academy Award, and Rick Elice. The production includes quite a few of the group’s major hits. Some of these are “Sherry,” “Walk Like a Man,” “Oh What a Night,” “Can’t Take My Eyes Off of You,” and “Big Girls Don’t Cry.”

Right now, acting in the musical are Matt Bogart in the role of Nick Massi, Ryan Jesse in the role of Bob Guadio, Dominic Nolfi in the role of Tommy DeVito, and Jarrod Spector in the role of Frankie Falli. Mark Lotito, Peter Gregus, Erik Bates, Miles Aubrey, Scott J. Campbell, Brad Bass, Cara Cooper, Kris Coleman, Russell Fischer, Ken Dow, Katie O’Toole, John Hickman, Jessica Rush, Joe Payne, Sara Schmidt, Taylor Sternberg, and Dominic Scaglione Jr. are also members of the cast.
