“Jersey Boys” will be heating Hartford, CT this fall when it plays at the Bushnell Center for the Performing Arts from October 19 to November 6, 2011. This will be the second time that the Tony Award winning musical revue about the life and times of pop icons Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons will be playing at the venue as it was mounted there a couple of years ago.
With songs like “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You”, “Sheree” and “Big Girls Don’t Cry”, Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons were once the biggest names in music during the ‘60s. Witness how these four men from New Jersey, working their way in the low income bracket, became one of the most remembered pop groups in history.
The touring company of “Jersey Boys” features Matt Bailey as Tommy DeVito, Steve Gouveia as Nick Massi, Quinn Van Antwerp as Bob Gaudio and Joseph Leo Bwarie as Four Seasons’ lead vocalist Frankie Valli.
