As the critically acclaimed musical “Jersey Boys” celebrates its 1000th show at the Palazzo in Las Vegas, the cast will commemorate the musical’s outstanding feat by giving back to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Las Vegas through the Walk Like a Man Shoe Drive happening on August 28, Saturday.
Fans of the musical who would like to participate in the shoe drive should come to the Palazzo from 12 noon to 5 PM with a brand new pair of shoes to be donated to the drive in exchange for a complimentary ticket to the 6:30 PM show of the musical on August 28.
Only 1,000 tickets will be up for grabs in the drive and each donor can donate a maximum of 2 pairs of shoes to avail a maximum of 2 complimentary tickets for the show. After the 6:30 PM performance, the “Jersey Boys” cast, made up of Deven May, Jeff Leibow, Peter Saide, Travis Cloer and Rick Faugno, will personally hand over the shoes to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Las Vegas which has eight facilities in the city catering to about 13,000 less privileged individuals aged 5 to 18.
